Notes

Author: One regular registration can cover a paper within 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. If your paper exceeds 5 pages after modified according to the template, then you need to pay the extra page fee: 50USD/page.

For papers accepted after reviewing, we will send the Acceptance Letter and Registration Instructions to the author's email, please send the required registration files to submit@ceect.net to confirm registration before the deadline.

* The Author (Student) price is only applied for the paper whose first author is student. Student' ID picture should be attached for registration.

Presenter: After your abstract is accepted to be presented during the conference after review, you will receive the Acceptance Letter and Registration Form, please follow the instructions to finish your registration. (Note: the abstract will not be published)

Listener: Please kindly note that potential listeners who want to attend the conference (without publishing any paper or giving the presentation) must register online beforehand, for details please contact : submit@ceect.net

Tips:

1. The conference organizer is not responsible for any accomodation process. Participants should make their own schedule and accommodation arrangements.
2. Other co-authors or accompanying person can register as the listener to attend the conference.

Cancellation Policy

• If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
  * 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
  * 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
  * Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
• Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email. No shows will not be refunded. The organizing committee is not responsible for problems beyond our control, such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, etc.
